Check-in :

  • Accurately declare your health and travel information.
  • Ensure that your mask is worn at all times when indoor.
  • Hand sanitizers are available at the Front Desk. Feel Free to use them.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.*
  • Observe one metre safe distancing from the next person.*
  • Follow floor markings for queues.*
  • Scan contact tracing QR code for record.*

Guest Rooms:

  • All Guest Rooms are sanitized with recommended National Health Agency cleaning solution.
  • All Linen are washed between temperature of 60 – 70 degrees Celsius.
  • Entry to your room can be minimize to only when you want your room to be clean.
  • One-time use amenities are available in-room.
  • Wash your hands often.
  • If you feel unwell, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.

Public Area:

  • All high touch surfaced areas such as lift buttons, railings, handles, lobby area are disinfected frequently.
  • While the Pool and Gym are cleaned regularly, please observe the hygiene rules to shower before swimming and to sanitize the high touch surface of gym equipment after use.
  • Follow the reduced standing capacity for each lift car for safe distancing.*
  • Check with Guest Services for facilities available and regulation on the limited crowd allowed.*
