Terms & Conditions
- All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or by company.
- Full payment is required upon check-in for 1 month stay and below.
- To cancel confirmed booking for short stay (less than 1 month), 48 hours notification required prior to arrival. Non-arrival for confirmed booking will incur a 1 night room charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.
- To cancel confirmed booking for stay 1 month and above, 14 days notification required prior to arrival. Non-arrival for confirmed booking will forfeit the advance booking charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.
- To cancel confirmed booking for stay of more than 1 month, 14 days notification required prior to arrival. Non-arrival for confirmed booking will forfeit the advance booking charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.
- Maximum occupancy:
a) A maximum of two (2) occupants are allowed in One-Bedroom Apartment.
b) A maximum of four (4) occupants are allowed in Two-Bedroom Apartment.
c) A maximum of five (5) occupants are allowed in Three-Bedroom Apartment. - Children 11 years or below are eligible to stay free accompanied by a full fare paying adult on a one child to one adult basis.
- Applicable only to registered guests of Ariva.
- Not applicable for group booking and group negotiated rates.
- We are a full-fledged non-smoking Serviced Residences. Penalty for smoking will be charged SGD$200.
- No Pet Policy: Pets and Serviced dogs are not conducive in our apartments.
- Ariva reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
