Good service & location Thailand
Good Service Apartment with Room for Improvement. SingaporeLet me start off my saying that the room was amazing. I have chosen to stay at the "Apartment, 1 Bedroom" option during 24-27 Dec 2017. Good points: - Room service was prompt and they have done a good job maintaining the cleanliness of the room. - The location in Thonglor is amazing and the facilities are very well maintained in tip-top condition. - The car park is very clean and ventilation is fantastic. - I heard that the hotel breakfast is supposed to be very good, however I did not choose it. Breakfast is a short 20m away from the hotel's main entrance. Room for Improvement: However these are my 6 largest complaints/feedback for future improvement. Points 1-3 are of greatest concern to me when considering to return for a trip in the future. 1. The Samsung TVs available in the rooms do not allow USB plug-ins to watch my own shows while in the hotel. I have tried connecting to the TV directly via HDMI cable as well but to no avail. 2. I drove during this duration and I was extremely dissatisfied with the tech levels of this hotel when it comes with access cards. If you drive you need a total of 3 keys to stay in this hotel. - Room key, old school metal key which is a hassle to carry around - Elevator keycard - Carpark access card Would it not make everyone's life easier to combine everything together? I am sure this would save everyone the trouble in the event of lost cards and I know for a fact that all access keycards are relatively cheap as I have industry knowledge. Not to mention the ease of access it will provide to guests. 3. Water temperature control is extremely difficult and even though the rain shower is much appreciated; the water pressure could have been higher to allow a better experience. 4. The bathtub is amazing however the unclogging function was nowhere to be found. Luckily, room service were able to drain the water the next day. I did not ask for instructions on my end. 5. Late check out is charged at 500 baht, so please adhere to their strict late check out fees. They did not give flexibility on this even after calling to ask. 6. Hotel staff manpower is limited so many things need to be done on my own, small matter.
