Platypus Katong is our Asian Bistro and the breakfast buffet restaurant at Santa Grand Hotel East Coast. The 90-seater restaurant features multiple culinary stations for the breakfast buffet and a private room for larger groups with multimedia requirements. The breakfast menu offers everything from cereals and freshly baked breads to continental favourites and traditional local cuisine.

Platypus Katong is also open for brunch over the weekends with a full menu that travels the culinary map of Singapore with regional heritage dishes bespoke to Katong and modernized local classics.

Project Dingo - the Craft beer and Cocktail destination in the East Coast! Designed with an extra-long bar and communal tables, with the additional alfresco space that blends contemporary style with neighbourhood vibes.

Serving up locally brewed Archipelago craft beer, Katong inspired cocktails and a food menu with amazing cheese steaks and small plates, the 50-seater bar also features two beer pong tables and three 42-inch LCD TVs with live sport screenings. The perfect evening destination to kick-back, relax and people watch over a cold summer ale or a bottle off our sommelier-curated wine list.
