Sales Manager – Ariva on Shan


The Sales Manager will be stationed at Ariva on Shan and will be responsible for the sales performance of the property.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Director/Asst Director of Sales to ensure maximum performance vs budget
  • Develop new sales opportunities in all industry segments from daily field calls and networking events
  • Develop and expand the property’s market share of extended stays
  • Drive Sales in assigned marketplace industrial segments
  • To conduct regular viewings, attend and manage trade shows and events to gather new leads
  • Respond and manage enquiries from account portfolio
  • Work with reservations to maximize yielding
  • Strategically target and secure key accounts
  • Contribute in strategic budget planning, marketing and all reports
  • Collate competitive information
  • Ensure that all bookings are accurately communicated
  • Follow-up on guest complaints and attend to service recovery.

Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Have strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be a self- starter and is self-motivated.
  • Strong business acumen in the hospitality industry will have an added advantage.
